FILET DE TILAPIA PRIMA LUNA
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 SERVINGS
• Filet Tilapia 6 to 7 oz each (skin
off)
• Olive oil
• Salt
• Pepper
• Paprika
INSTRUCTION
Use ¼ olive oil a pinch of salt,
pepper, paprika, put it on the tilapia facing up spread it
on the fish to season the tilapia.
Then take the tilapia a put on the grill stomach down.
SALSA FRUIT INGREDIENTS
• ¼ of pineapple (150 to 200
g)
• 8 strawberries (100 to 150 g)
• kiwi (100 to 150g )
• ½ onion (red or white)
• 1 tomato (150g)
• 1 head of parsley
• 2 table spoon of red vinegar
• 2 table spoon of olive oil (extra virgin)
• 1 table spoon of honey
• Salt & pepper
INSTRUCTION
Cut all fruit and onions in dices about
a ½ inch thick. Put all in bowl and add the red vinegar,
olive oil and honey, also put ½ teaspoon salt & pepper
and the cupped parsley.
Toss all together slowly until well mixed.
Then once the tilapia is ready take the fruit salsa and spread it on the tilapia,
and serve with any vegetable of your choice or salad. |
